Abnoba's Mission
No matter your budget, everyone wants to get the most for their money and time. While planning a vacation starts exciting, it can quickly become overwhelming with all the choices for accommodations and activities. Reading different reviews for each can make even the savviest shopper frustrated and say, “Just pick something,” only to realize it wasn’t the best decision later. At Abnoba, we want to save you all the hassle by finding the best vacation that fits your budget.
We aim to ease travel planning for busy professionals who want to travel to beautiful natural destinations for outdoor adventures. We want to provide adventure activities with time for sightseeing and relaxation. We want to bring people, families, and friends closer to nature and each other.
Onboarding & Process Overview
Below are the steps you’ll go through, from initial planning to final booking and welcome home survey.

Client Completes Trip Inquiry Form: Please click the client inquiry form button. Completing this form will help me better understand your thoughts or hopes for a dream getaway.

Initial Discovery and Consultation: Please schedule a free phone call or video chat so no one is playing phone tag. During this no-pressure chat, I want to listen to your travel style, interests, and must-haves. You also get to know me, ask any questions, explore ideas, and decide when to explore those activities on your bucket list.

Service Agreement and Planning Fee Invoice: Within 24 hours of our initial phone call, a service fee agreement will be sent to collect half of the service fee. Then, I can begin crafting a dream getaway, from researching and refining options within your budget to your style.

Customized Itinerary Creation: Abnoba will provide everything you need, from the transfer to flights, accommodations, tours, and activities. Abnoba will provide helpful information about restaurants and nearby shopping accommodations.

Review and Refine Itinerary: Once Abnoba has thoroughly planned your personalized adventure, we will email you a beautiful presentation with trip details, itineraries, and prices. If any element of the trip needs changing, we are here to try and find a favorable substitution.

Finalize the Details and Collect Deposits: Once you love your personally crafted itinerary, deposits and bookings will be made. I will keep track of all the moving parts of your reservation, so you never need to worry except about what you should pack. (I can even help with that if you'd like.) Your vacation should reduce your stress, not add to it.
